ABTC is thrilled to announce that it is now fully integrated into its new certification management platform, ROC-P! All ABTC certificants will receive an email notification with more information on how to use the platform.

What You Need to Know:

  • All exam applications and recertification will now be completed through ROC-P.
  • It is designed to streamline the certification process, improve user experience, and provide easier access to application, testing, and recertification information.
  • Previously entered CEPTCs will carry over and be available in ROC-P.
  • The exam fees remain the same at this time.

1. What is ROC-P?
ROC-P is RRR’s new Certification Management System (CMS) launching in 2025. It is designed to streamline the certification process, improve user experience, and provide easier access to application, testing, and recertification information.

2. When will the new system launch?
The ROC-P system is scheduled to officially launch in 2025.

3. How will I access ROC-P?
ROC-P can be accessed in 2025.  Please wait until the site is live to sign up.

4. Will exam applications and recertification be done through ROC-P?
Yes. Both exam applications and recertification will now be completed through ROC-P. This streamlined approach allows users to manage new certifications and renewals in one convenient system.

5. Will the CEPTCs I’ve already entered for recertification be available in ROC-P?
Yes. Your previously entered CEPTCs will carry over and be available in ROC-P.

6. What happens to the current CertPath program?
The current version of the CertPath program will no longer be available after October 17, 2025.  Additional details will be provided in the coming weeks.

7. Will the cost of the exam change?
The exam fees remain the same at this time:

  • CCTC®, CPTC®, and CTP®: $495.00
  • CCTN®: $350.00
  • CTFC – Member: $100.00
  • CTFC – Non-Member: $175.00
  • Application Fee: $150.00
  • International Fee: $225.00
    All fees are non-refundable.

8. How can I learn more about the new CMS?
We encourage all applicants and certificants to attend our Open Hour sessions, where staff will demonstrate ROC-P and answer questions.  For Open Hour dates and times, please see the list above.
