Upcoming Platform Migration: Temporary Service Interruption

Dear ABTC Community,

We’re excited to announce that ABTC is transitioning to an updated, more efficient, and intuitive platform for all certification-related activities.

As part of this migration, certification processes—including exams, recertification, and Continuing Education applications for Approved Providers, course submissions, and single offerings—will be unavailable from October 20 through October 25.

If you are due to renew your certification or wish to submit a new application, please do so before October 20, 2025, on the current platform.
If you are entering Continuing Education Points for Transplant Certification (CEPTCs) for recertification, please complete your entries before October 20, or wait until the new platform launches on November 1, 2025.

We appreciate your patience as we complete this important upgrade. More information and updates will be shared weekly to help ensure a smooth transition.

ABTC Available Open Hour Sessions

To help you get acquainted, we will host ABTC Open Hour sessions via Zoom at the end of October to demonstrate ROC-P and answer your questions.

1. What is ROC-P?
ROC-P is RRR’s new Certification Management System (CMS) launching in November 2025. It is designed to streamline the certification process, improve user experience, and provide easier access to application, testing, and recertification information.

2. When will the new system launch?
The ROC-P system will officially launch on November 1, 2025.

3. How will I access ROC-P?
A link and login instructions will be provided prior to the launch date. You will receive a notification via email once the system is live.

4. Will exam applications and recertification be done through ROC-P?
Yes. Both exam applications and recertification will now be completed through ROC-P. This streamlined approach allows users to manage new certifications and renewals in one convenient system.

5. Will the CEPTCs I’ve already entered for recertification be available in ROC-P?
Yes. Your previously entered CEPTCs will carry over and be available in ROC-P.

6. What happens to the current CertPath program?
The current version of the CertPath program will no longer be available after October 17, 2025. All applicants with active CertPath links or in-progress applications must complete and submit them before October 17, 2025. Additional details will be provided as we approach this transition date.

7. Will the cost of the exam change?
The exam fees remain the same at this time:

  • CCTC®, CPTC®, and CTP®: $495.00
  • CCTN®: $350.00
  • CTFC – Member: $100.00
  • CTFC – Non-Member: $175.00
  • Application Fee: $150.00
  • International Fee: $225.00
    All fees are non-refundable.

8. How can I learn more about the new CMS?
We encourage all applicants and certificants to attend our Open Hour sessions, where staff will demonstrate ROC-P and answer questions.  For Open Hour dates and times, please see the list above.
