ABTC is an independent, not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to awards a voluntary, non-governmental certification credential, "Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC)"; "Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC)," "Certified Clinical Transplant Nurse (CCTN)" or "Certified Transplant Preservationist (CTP)" to qualified transplant coordinators or transplant nurses who have successfully passed the certification examination, which represents a standard of competence. Become an ABTC Approved Provider of Continuing Education! The American Board for Transplant Certification (ABTC) is offering a once in a lifetime chance. If your transplant program succeeds in certifying at least 5 transplant coordinators, nurses or preservationists between January 1 - December 31, 2012, your program will receive one year's worth of free approved provider status for the 2011 calendar year. With an unlimited amount of CE credit you can offer your staff, you can minimize staff travel expenses, a $1,500 savings!
